Grace has been fully immersed in the health and wellness field for the last 6 years. Before her Marriage and Family Therapy and Wellness Coaching career began, she was a whitewater rafting guide, the director & coach of a youth lacrosse club, and a nanny.

Grace’s background gives her a unique approach to making the most out of life and her ability to expand the good in others’ lives is second to none.

Grace enjoys living in fun active places like Jackson Hole, Wyoming; San Diego, California; and London. Currently, she is remotely based in upstate New York and serves people like you nationwide.
